The Gamer Girl Comic Con festival is an event that will be celebrating female gamers in a male dominated industry. Here we will invite woman standing out in the industry, hosting them in seminars discussing the challenges of being a female gamer including, sexism, demeaning remarks, negative stereotypes, and sometimes hostility.

We will also be providing information on empowering women gamers to become industry leaders, with the goal of creating a more female -friendly envo. In addition we will have booths with information on the hottest current games, and rooms with live gaming that visitors can test out!
